Tour itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Night train to Sapa ( D )
Upon arrival in Hanoi, welcome at Noibai airport then transfer to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy welcome dinner with fresh spring roll then we take a night train to Sapa. Overnight on the train.
Day 2: Sapa ( B )
We arrive in Lao Cai Railway station at around 06:00AM and transfer to Sapa for our breakfast and check in hotel. Next, climb up Ham Rong Mountain for a panoramic view of Sapa then walk to Cat Cat village, the home of the Black H’mong ethnic minority. The afternoon trek to Tavan and Laochai allows you to understand life aspects of Zay and spectacular landscape in Sapa. Next drive to Ta phin for Red Dao Minority. In the evening enjoy, a candle lighting dinner. Overnight in Sapa
Day 3: Sapa – Phong Tho ( B )
After breakfast, drive to Phong Tho. This is a remote area and as a result some of the roads will be fairly rough and uneven. Yet this is to our advantage as there will be fewer visitors to spoil our views of the beautiful and dramatic scenery which we encounter along the way. Once we reach Phong Tho, stop to visit a local market. This market is becoming popular with visitors that make the extra effort getting here, as it is one of the most colorful markets in Vietnam. Day 4: Phong Tho – Dien Bien Phu ( B )
Today we get up early for a drive to Dien Bien Phu. On the way, take photo stop at minorities village and visit Tay, Muong and Dao communities. Upon arrival, check in hotel and enjoy dinner with Bamboo Sticky Rice and rice wine with local people. Overnight in Dien Bien Phu.
Day 5: Dien Bien Phu – Hanoi ( B )
This morning, visit some history sites such as: Dien Bien Phu Museum, A1 hills, Descartes Bunker. After lunch at the hotel, we transfer to Dien Bien airport and take a short flight to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 6: Hanoi - Departure ( B )
This morning, if we leave Hanoi in the afternoon, we will have some hour visiting Hanoi in the morning, After lunch we check out and transfer to the airport for home flight.
